What is included when you book the entire homestay?
All five bedrooms, four bathrooms (two with bathtubs), the full kitchen, and the living and dining area, for your group alone. Every bedroom has individual AC and a dedicated workstation.

The room maximums leave space to split up to 16 guests across the five bedrooms. Beyond the bedrooms, your group gets:

How much does the entire homestay cost per person?
With 10 guests, ₹6,500 a night works out to ₹650 per person per night. Each guest beyond 10 adds ₹500 a night, up to 16, so the per-person cost drops a little as the group grows.

For example, 12 guests staying 3 nights pay ₹22,500 (₹7,500 × 3) before any discount. Stays of 2+ and 7+ nights booked direct get a discount, so ask on WhatsApp for your exact quote. We accept cash, UPI and bank transfer.
A smaller group? For three or four couples, booking individual rooms can cost less: Rooms 1, 2 and 4 together come to ₹4,700 a night. You just won’t have the guest floor to yourselves. Tell us your group and we will say honestly which works out cheaper.
Where does the host family live?
On the ground floor. Our family lives downstairs and guests have their own floor, so your group gets privacy and we are close by if you need anything.

What are the house rules for group bookings?
Three rules matter most: no parties, no smoking indoors, and no beef or pork on the premises. Alcohol is fine in moderation.

- Smoking: on the terrace only, never indoors.
- Food: no beef or pork on the premises.

Which groups is the entire homestay right for?
It suits families, reunions, small retreats and friends who want a calm base. It does not suit bachelor or bachelorette parties, party groups or nightlife seekers.
- Multi-generation families: your own floor, AC in every room, home-cooked meals and hosts downstairs.
- Family reunions: one house, with a living and dining area where everyone can be together.

If your plan is to walk to the beach, we are the wrong choice. Calangute and Baga are about 35 minutes by road.
Can you cook meals for a group?
Yes. Our family cooks home-style Goan meals on request: breakfast from ₹100 per person (so from ₹1,000 a day for 10 guests), and vegetarian or non-vegetarian lunch and dinner. Ask on WhatsApp for the current menu.

Is there parking and EV charging for group cars?

Is a homestay a good alternative to a villa for 15 people?
Yes, if your group wants space, a kitchen and quiet rather than a private party venue. For 15 guests our entire home costs ₹9,000 a night (₹6,500 + 5 × ₹500), which is ₹600 per person.

How does a group get to Aldona?
The closest arrival points are Mopa airport, about 40 minutes away, and Thivim railway station, about 20 minutes.
